Greetings everyone!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the global downtime across all of our servers. Sadly, I wasn't at work yesterday, but my team handled the issue and resolved it while they ensured the entire server was restored completely without any data loss.

In response to this terrible experience, we have conducted an internal audit on our server logs to ensure that necessary steps are taken to further prevent such events from happening in the future. We will also schedule all our servers for annual maintenance by December 2022, which will improve performance and security. A further announcement will be made prior to the maintenance 

Our sincere thanks go out to you once again for staying with us during this time. As we strive to improve our service, we promise to give you a much better experience
